AJ's Process

This initial meeting takes about 30 minutes. We talk about what we do and what you need to ensure we are a good fit. We will also discuss exactly what you are looking for in a planner/coordinator/rentals.

If you decide you would like to go with AJ’s. We will email you a contract with all the information discussed during the initial meeting. After the contract has been signed the email will provide details on how to pay your 25% deposit is due in order to fully book your day!

This is the fun part! It’s time to plan!

AJ will set up monthly to monthly or every other month to ensure you are on schedule with your plans. About a month before the wedding/event AJ’s will contact all of your vendors to ensure everyone is aware of the timeline and day-of expectations. During this time AJ will also create any renderings required for the day!
